Contact Notes:
To prevent and discourage "spamming" of my email address,
all incoming mail is run through SpamBouncer,
(AI at its finest!), which is operating in my Unix shell account on the
mail server which processes my email.
If the email address or domain in the From: line of
your message is NOT already on my .nobounce list, your email is subject
to Spambouncer's scrutiny and will be "bounced" back to you if one or more
of the following is the case...

You are emailing me via an Internet Service Provider which
has a history of allowing its users to spam or is recognized by Spambouncer
as being an irresponsible site for other reasons.

My email address does not appear in the To: or Cc: list of
your email.

More than 12 email addresses appear in the To: and/or Cc:
lists of your email.

Mention of specific words and phrases in the email which
are characteristic of spam.

Your email has other characteristics which make Spambouncer
think it is probably spam.
DON'T PANIC if your email is bounced. You can still
email me by following the instructions included in the bounce notice you
receive and, if they are properly followed, your email address will be
automatically added to my .nobounce list and you will be able to email
me without further difficulties.
Your understanding is appreciated. The above noted
steps have been 100 percent effective at filtering spam from my mail account,
convinced spammers to remove my address from their lists, and enabled me
to keep the same email account since 1995!
