2016 Wilbur Radcliff Grant

The Wilbur Radcliff Grant is now available for the 2016 National Federation of the Blind’s National Convention. This grant is for first time convention attendee’s. The National Convention will take place June 30th – July 5th, 2016 in Orlando Florida.  The National Federation of the Blind of California Board of Directors will select 10 recipients to attend national convention under this grant. To apply, please fill out the form and submit it before May 15th, 2016.
